Most recently I worked with them for the purchase of a house for myself and they went above and beyond. They are so thorough in giving you all of the available options, what it means for you and guiding you through the entire mortgage process. Sal and his team are always quick to respond. We used LENDirect Mortgage for our house mortgage. We were very impressed with Sal's expertise, professionalism, and support throughout the process. He explained the entire mortgage process to us, was constantly available whenever we had questions, and was transparent with us regarding rates and finding the best loan for our situation. He made this process seamless by handling communications for the appraisal, attorney, etc. Luisa & Jennifer were also extremely helpful to get our loan processed as soon as possible- I especially commend Luisa for her professionalism, patience, and kindness while working with me to get all the necessary documentation to close in just two weeks. We were successful in closing in two weeks thanks to this team- I highly recommend LENDirect Mortgage & will inevitably use them again in the future!

Jennifer works wonders with our documentation, always quick and efficient. Sal truly goes above and beyond, especially in such a challenging housing and financial market. He's been there every step of the way, even outside of regular hours, to guide us through the complexities of buying our first home. He's helped us develop effective strategies for making offers and maximizing our purchasing power in a tough market with low inventory and high mortgage rates. We can't thank Sal enough for his dedication! And then there's Luisa, who's an absolute gem; keeping us on track and organized once our offer was accepted. Honestly cannot recommend Sal and his team enough. I had a lot of questions as a first-time homebuyer and Sal went above and beyond in walking me through my options, number-crunching, etc. Sal also really went to bat for me once I submitted an offer, advocating on my behalf and ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible. The rest of the team was great too - we worked with Luisa who was a pleasure to work with, and similarly helped answer our (many) questions. The team's experience really showed throughout the process, and I would strongly recommend LENDirect.
