- The "30 Day Purchase Close Promise" timeframe begins upon receipt of a borrower’s pre-approved and fully signed/ completed LENDirect mortgage loan application along with having supplied all applicable financial information and a fully executed purchase and sales contract
- Available only to existing owner occupied 1-4 family homes, Condos (that don’t require full reviews) with Conventional, FHA and VA first mortgage programs (no first/ second mortgage combos, co-ops, trusts, short sales, foreclosures or bank owned properties)
- The borrower’s must have a valid email address and consent to electronic disclosures’ within 24 hours of request
- The borrower’s must provide any additional documentation/ information required by LENDirect within 48 hours of the request.
- Appraisal report must be ordered within 24 hours of LENDirect’s request, be scheduled by applicable agent within 24 hours of initial contact by appraiser and meet guidelines
- All pre-closing conditions including title and insurance must be satisfied 10 days prior to closing date
- There must be no changes to employment or credit score/ debts/ worthiness
- There must be no changes to loan amount or program type from initial application
- There must be no fraudulent or purposely misleading information
